Why the Hub Exists
The LIVE IT™ Business Growth Hub began with a simple need for office space—and a bigger question about what we could create for other entrepreneurs and small-business owners.
It Started with a Simple Need
The LIVE IT™ Business Growth Hub began with a need that many entrepreneurs and professionals understand: I needed a place to work.
I was looking for a small private office when my search brought me to the Sawtooth Software Property Group building on Canyon Road in Provo, Utah. The size I needed wasn't available, but I loved the facility and the environment. I was shown a much larger space—far more than I needed for myself.
Founder & CEO, Maximum Impact Council
At the same time, Michelle Archibald, co-owner and CEO of Ember Institute, was also looking for office space. That caused us to look at the larger space differently. Instead of asking, “How much space do we need?” we began asking:
“What could we create here for other entrepreneurs and small-business owners who need what we need?”
A Place—and a Community
From the beginning, two things became fundamental to the vision: the physical place and the community within it.
We wanted to create a professional environment where you could come to do your best work without necessarily taking on the cost and commitment of maintaining a traditional office.
But we also knew that a great place to work wasn't enough. Running a business can sometimes be an isolating experience. There is tremendous value in being around other people who are building, creating, solving problems, and pursuing their own goals.
We wanted a place where you could work independently without always having to grow alone.
A community where relationships could develop, ideas could be exchanged, and people could learn and grow together.
Then the Vision Grew
While we were developing the Hub, another space in the building unexpectedly became available months earlier than anticipated. It presented another opportunity—and another question:
What else do entrepreneurs, professionals, and small businesses need?
Sometimes you need a place to meet with a client.
Sometimes your team needs somewhere to collaborate.
Sometimes you need a professional environment to consult, present, teach, or train.
And sometimes you simply need a room where people can come together to learn.
Designed to Meet You Where You Are
As the Hub took shape, one principle became increasingly important: not every business needs the same thing. And not every entrepreneur is at the same place in the journey.
What You May Need
- A consistent place to work— Dedicated Desk
- More separation while remaining connected— Workstation
- Greater privacy for your work— Private Office
- A professional place for a client meeting, team gathering, or training
- A professional business address and mail service
- Connection, learning, and relationships with other businesspeople
None of these needs is greater or lesser than another. They are simply different.
Why We Designed It This Way
That understanding shaped our approach to pricing as well.
We wanted to provide different ways to access the Hub so you don't have to pay for more space, more services, or more commitment than you actually need.
The goal is to give you meaningful options at different levels of investment so you can choose what makes sense for you and your business today.
Meet people where they are.
Provide what they need.
Make it accessible.
Make it affordable.
Give them room to grow.
Because your business doesn't need to look like someone else's business.
It needs the right environment, resources, relationships, and opportunities for where you are today—and where you want to go next.
Come See What We Created.
The story of the Hub began with a need and grew into a place designed to serve entrepreneurs and professionals at different stages of their journey. Come experience the environment and see whether the Hub is right for you.
